By using Plan! or this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Service description

Plan! is a mobile app for personal finance on iOS, iPadOS, macOS (Mac Catalyst) and watchOS. It is not a banking product, does not offer financial services and does not provide investment advice.

2. Account & access

Some features require registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Account sharing is not permitted.

3. Premium subscription

• Subscriptions auto-renew per the App Store plan you select
• Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings, at least 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds are handled per App Store policies
• Pricing: $4.99/month, $29.99/year, or $79.99 lifetime (USD; local pricing varies)

4. Liability

Plan! is provided "as is". We are not liable for financial decisions you make based on the data shown in the app. Forecasts are estimates and do not guarantee outcomes.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the app, design, logos and content belong to the rightsholder. Copying or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by your country of residence to the extent of consumer protection law.
